Responsibilities as Broadcast Administration Intern :

- Assist customers with sales and service inquiries through: email, chat & an online ordering platform
- Create a positive and consistent customer service experience while reducing customer’s effort
- Partner with marketing field employees to facilitate any request
- Identify and qualify an equipment request to ensure it will meet customer’s requirements

Persyaratan Posisi

Requirements:

- Having experience doing sales activity/ sales- hunter experience
- Last year student (min. semester 7 & Fresh Graduate very welcome)
- Excited to help other people improve their life through education
- Proven experience by doing some assessment: cold-calling and In-Tray exercise assessment
- Well-polished communication skills to convince prospects
- Pitching skills (able to ‘relate’ to prospects)
